The Boots Baby Dreamery event

  • Boots Baby is a staple for new parents to purchase baby essentials. During lockdown Boots felt that expectant parents and new parents were a forgotten demographic and needed a little helping hand to guide the way in their new life journey.
  • From the 23rd-27th March, Boots Baby took over the Manchester Trafford Store, creating different zones, each with a different purpose. Our team of trained Brand Ambassadors engaged with parents and guardians, educating them on the range of products and services available in Boots stores.

Garnier Vitamin C

Garnier Vitamin C

  • Garnier continues to offer efficient and innovative beauty products and in 2022 launched a skincare range, powered by Vitamin C.
  • Our Brand Ambassadors were on hand to promote key product benefits and offer guidance on how to introduce each product into their customers' daily routines. The event ran over 2 weekends in late March/early April across 11 stores.

Florena Skincare

Florena Skincare

  • Launching in 2021, Florena looked to raise awareness of their Boots-exclusive line of fermented facial skincare with customers.
  • Brand awareness was established in store through a branded banner, demonstration counter and branded uniform. Our team of Brand Ambassadors were in store over Black Friday weekend, providing the perfect opportunity for customers to take advantage of the in-store promotions.
  • Customers had the additional incentive to purchase with the offer of a branded gift bag and wrap, ideal for the Christmas run up!

Philips Dental

Philips Dental

  • Philips' purpose is to improve people's health and wellbeing through meaningful innovation.
  • Philips wanted to encourage customers to explore their complete dental range and experience their innovation in person.
  • Brand presence was amplified in store with a bespoke stand to display the dental range, with the support of two Brand Ambassadors to proactively engage with customers and educate them on the range.
  • The event took place over a two-week period encompassing the Black Friday weekend. Customers were incentivised to purchase at the time of visiting through the exclusive Boots promotion period.

Revolution

  • Revolution Beauty exists to develop incredible, cruelty-free beauty for everyone, making products accessible and affordable.
  • Revolution wanted to share this message with Boots customers. Five stores across three weekends celebrated the launch of Revolution in Boots stores with a team of Make Up Artists and Brand Ambassadors.
  • Customers were invited to take part in a 'Spin the Wheel' activity to be in with a chance of winning £1,000 of product. Our team were fully briefed on their hero products and brand ethos to educate and inspire customers on their purchases in store.

Elvive

  • To support the launch of Elvive's Hydra Hyaluronic Moisture Boosting Shampoo with Hyaluronic acid, the brand held a four-day activity in store across a week-long period. The activity was supported by a Brand Ambassador in an eye-catching branded uniform, equipped with the key brand messages surrounding this launch.
  • Our team encouraged purchase through customer education and engagement. Customers loved the opportunity to learn more about the product with a Brand Ambassador in store.
